"From booking to check out, my stay at the Hudson Inn was nothing short of wonderful. I booked directly through the hotel and the process was very smooth. My choice of rooms was clearly explained and I chose poolside. Check in was very quick. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was newly renovated, spacious and beautiful. It was extremely clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable I didn't want to get up. These were not lumpy hotel mattresses. It was like sleeping on a cloud. We ate supper at the in hotel restaurant. The waitstaff was excellent, the food delicious, and the portions huge. I will dream about that bourbon burger. We made use of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and was very relaxing but nothing could beat the pool. It was so much bigger than any hotel pool I have ever seen. Nine feet deep, warm and enormous. There were plenty of tables and chairs for relaxing. The hotel staff all went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The only downfall was my stay was too short. I definitely will be staying at the Hudson every time I am in town!!"

"Had a great stay. The hotel is reopened and areas are under construction. It is great to have another hotel option in the area again. Our room was excellent - clean, great beds, loved the towels. We stayed three nights over the 4th of July, and there were some groups but it was still quiet. Loved the fridge and microwave. Staff were kind and helpful (especially the woman working check-in on Thursday and check-out on Sunday - so sweet and friendly!) Had one issue in our bathroom, and it was fixed in 10 minutes - owner came up to check it out. Pool was good, including hot tub. Maybe if temps in the pool area were a little warmer, it would be better. But some patron opened the courtyard door and left it open at some point - and it was a bit chilly. Breakfast was delicious - coffee, juice, eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits & gravy, and pancakes and french toast on day 3. An interesting department store and bakery/coffee shop across the street in walking distance, and short drive to gas station, grocery store and liquor store. Overall great trip!"

Had a very nice stay here recently. Room was beautifully updated, beds were comfy, loved the food at the restaurant and the pool area was very nice! The omelets or breakfast were a fun surprise! Would stay here again!

"Thank you so much for an excellent stay. Hotel staff did whatever they could to make our stay great. We had over 20 people for a funeral and they even kept the restaurant and bar open late for us and opened the pool early. You don’t see this level of customer service anymore! excellent staff. The hotel is as also clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. "

"The hot tub and pool area is amazing1 Breakfast was phenomenal, with a cook onsite making omelets per request. My favorite part of breakfast was having biscuits and gravy available, though-- and scrumptious, freshly-baked cinnamon rolls."

"Lovely hotel in the process of being renovated. Staff were all very nice and attentive. Food at the restaurant and contentment breakfast were great, with plenty of seating. Easy location to get to and close to everything. We didn't get to use the pool because we weren't there long, but wish we had."

"Just booked the Hudson in for a fundraiser for If Wishes Were Horses Foundation on May 4th. The ballroom is beautiful, and the organizer we are working with is knowledgeable, courteous, and a joy to work with. Got a tour - love the improvements they have made and are making. Met the owner- enjoyable to work with, look forward to our event, and many more in the future! There's room for 300 and the band! Very excited."

"Dan and his crew are doing a great job of renovating this hotel. The rooms are fresh and clean and the hallways nice and bright. The pizza was fantastic! We just had our 40th class reunion there. It was great to be able to stay and have the celebration in one location. Your staff did an excellent job fulfilling requests. Thank you for the great experience."
